We first became interested in Marco Island about 10 years ago.  Pam's mother would go to Marco every winter from January - March.  Between our family and Pam's brothers and sister, someone was always visiting throughout the winter.  We fell in love with Marco Island so much that we waged our future and bought our condo 5 years ago.  If you go to Marco you need to be aware.  You may also become addicted.  I found out from residents of Marco that they call the bridge that leads to the Island the WEGOTCHA Bridge.

We rent our units for less than others because we hope that lower prices will mean more volume.  We think that once you stay at the Riverside Club or Chula Vista, you will want to come again and then you will want to tell your friends.  We truly take pride in keeping our units clean and up to date.  We also truly care that you enjoy your stay.  On Marco Island, we have an on site property manager that is there for you should you have any questions, needs, or concerns during your stay.  The Chula Vista Resort has it's own full staff.  The employees at the Chula Vista are the nicest and most professional I have ever seen.  I think they know they are working at a really cool place and they enjoy it.  Let me know what you think.
