Our Riverside unit is a boaters dream and a fisherman's paradise and is located on Marco Island. This one bedroom unit is absoloutely gorgeous and is available at a fantastic rate. We really enjoy our viewing options from the lani. Look to the left and view the pool and marina, or ....

look to the right all the way to the Jolly Bridge. Either way, you win.

We spend a lot of time just relaxing on the lani. We like to have our coffee in the morning. I read the paper and Pam maybe reads a book or does one of her sudoku's. It doesn't get much better than this!

Our condo is on the third floor just behind the tallest palm tree in the middle of this photo.

There are two pools here. They are both heated and the water is kept crystal clear.

There are also two hot tubs. This is one of my favorite spots at Riverside. Perfect for masaging those aching musles after a tough tennis match.

So pick out your favorite lounge chair, grab your favorite beverage and take in all that Riverside has to offer. Now that's what I call relaxation.

Are you getting hungry? Our kitchen is completely remodeled including modern appliances. Enjoy a picture perfect water view from your dining area window.

Our living room is comfortable with two recliners and a queen sized fold out sofa. Just grab the remote and you are set.

There is usually a nice breeze coming off the water. The lani is screened so we usually keep the sliding door open.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed and cable TV as well.

We just purchased new bedding and a new queen sized mattress.
Firm yet very comfortable. You will wake up refreshed.

I love to walk down to the Marina which is only steps away. Maybe do some fishin or just watch the boats. If you are lucky, maybe a dolphin or two will come by to make your day even more special.

You may have guessed that I am a "people person." I stop in at the bait shop/store for a snack or a soda but I'm really there to gab and find out where the fish are biting today.

Tennis anyone? These courts have just been resurfaced and are just outside your back door.

Our favorite restaurant on Marco Island is the Snook Inn and it is right next door. There is entertainment every night and the views on the water are fantastic. Take a very short walk from the Riverside for the best seafood you will ever eat.

So if you are looking for a great deal on your vacation in paradise, ask about our Riverside condo unit. For fishing, boating, or just relaxing, it's hard to beat the Riverside.
