Rates for the Riverside are $800+TX. per week from mid December to Easter. From Easter to May 31 the rate is $550+TX. per week. Try to beat our special summer rate of $450+TX. per week from June 1st through October. November 1st to mid December is $550+TX. per week. Rates for the Chula Vista vary by season more than Marco Island and there is no minimum stay. Normal Chula Vista Rates range from about $199+TX. for week nights during off season to $399+TX. for weekend nights during prime season (usually June - August). We discount these prices by 20% for weekdays and 15% for weekends during non peak season (Sept. - May). We also discount normal Chula Vista prices by 15% from June through August. These rates include water park passes for everyone in your party and our condo sleeps up to eight. Great for sharing with another couple or maybe your children and grand children.
